Bio
Life can bring challenges that feel isolating, but you don't have to face them alone. Whether you're a parent concerned about your child, a teen struggling to put feelings into words, or an adult carrying something unresolved, I hope to offer a space where you feel safe supported, and understood.
With a background in play therapy, I enjoy helping children and teens express themselves, build confidence, and feel understood. I also support parents in navigating the joys and challenges of raising a child, while helping families strengthen understanding and connection
I also enjoy working with adults across the lifespan.
I’m EMDR-trained and draw from Person-Centered, Adlerian, and Play Therapy approaches to support anxiety, depression, self-esteem, and trauma. I see counseling as a collaborative process, walking alongside you with warmth as you discover your strengths and build resilience. I hope to meet you where you are and help you feel truly seen and heard
