Director of Operations

     After 12 years in the insurance industry, I changed course and, together with Bryan, opened Zen Life Counseling in January 2022. While I’m often behind the scenes, I love making sure the practice runs smoothly and efficiently so our clinicians can focus on what they do best. I’m passionate about connecting with people and building genuine relationships, and I believe in blending compassion with organization to make a lasting impact. 
     In my spare time, I enjoy being surrounded by music, whether listening, singing, or creating, music has always been a grounding force in my life. I also enjoy spending time with my husband, Bryan, and our son, exploring the outdoors, camping, baking, crafting, or just spending time with good friends & family.
