    Growing up as an Arab-American and spending the majority of my life living in Kuwait, I was exposed to a wide range of cultures, perspectives, and belief systems. This experience shaped my open-minded approach to understanding people and strengthened my appreciation for the inherent worth and dignity of every individual. This belief inspired me to pursue a career where I could support and empower others, especially individuals experiencing the challenges and growth that come with cultural change. With this motivation in mind, I earned my bachelor’s degree in Psychology at the University of Texas at Austin and am now pursuing my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at the University of North Texas at Dallas.
    Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family and friends and exploring different creative hobbies. I love reading and trying my hand at new crafts. I also love trying new foods and enjoying meals with the people closest to me. All of these things help keep me balanced and remind me of the importance of connection and growth. While I am still in my graduate program, I am excited to begin seeing clients as a Graduate Intern in January 2026!
