Life can bring tough challenges, but I believe no one should have to face them alone. From a young age, I was drawn to understanding how people grow, heal, and find strength even in difficult times. This curiosity has led me to study psychology and eventually become a mental health counselor. My goal is to offer a space where you feel safe, supported, and truly understood. Counseling, to me, is a collaborative journey where I walk alongside you, encouraging you with warmth as you discover your own strength and resilience.
With a background in play therapy, I enjoy working with children and teenagers, helping them express themselves and build self-confidence. I also value supporting parents, recognizing the joys and unique challenges that come with raising a child. Through therapy, I aim to foster understanding within the family and build closer relationships. At the same time, I also find great meaning in supporting individuals of all ages and genders as they work through their own personal journeys. I work with individual as they navigate their life struggles from daily stressors to unresolved past experiences. I firmly believe everyone has the capacity for growth and resilience. Whether you are facing a personal challenge or simply seeking support to better understand yourself, I hope to meet you where you are and help you feel seen, heard, and empowered to overcome your challenges. |
