If you’re feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, grief, life transitions, trauma, or chronic illness—know that you’re not alone, and support is possible. I work with clients who are navigating transitions, trauma, and loss in all its forms. When life changes – through loss of someone important, changes in relationships, abilities, or environment - it can bring on a deep sense of grief. These experiences can feel confusing, destabilizing, and isolating. Therapy offers a space to process, make sense of, and move through these feelings in a way that’s empathetic and empowering.
I will provide a compassionate and non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences without fear, criticism or judgment. I am passionate about understanding your whole self, including your mental, physical, spiritual and emotional sides, so we can uncover your inner strengths and resources that enable you to make meaningful changes and live a more fulfilling life. My approach is holistic and grounded in respect. You are the expert of your life and my role is to support and empower you on your unique journey of self-discovery and personal growth. I will listen to your story, empathize with your emotions, and respect your values and choices. I’m committed to creating a safe, inclusive, and non-judgmental environment where you can fully be yourself. Together, we will work towards fostering greater self-awareness, self-acceptance, and a deeper understanding of your authentic self. I honor the courage it takes to seek support, so wherever you are in your process, I’m here to meet you with compassion and walk alongside you—every step of the way. |
