Accepting new clients @ Colleyville office and Telehealth
I have always been fascinated by the power of our experiences and how they shape our understanding of ourselves and the world around us. My curiosity about why people think, feel, and behave the way they do first drew me to the field of psychology. Over time, I realized I did not just want to understand people from a distance. I wanted to bring that curiosity into my work with others and support people as they navigate life's challenges. That realization ultimately led me to pursue a master's degree in clinical mental health counseling. Through my work with clients, I have supported individuals navigating concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, emotional dysregulation, and life transitions. I find meaning in helping clients better understand their emotions, recognize the ways past experiences have shaped them, and develop tools to feel more grounded and connected to themselves.
We can spend so much time trying to push away difficult thoughts and emotions that we never have the opportunity to understand what they may be trying to tell us. I value exploring those experiences with curiosity and compassion, helping you slow down and make sense of what may feel confusing, overwhelming, or difficult to put into words. You know yourself better than anyone else, and I believe your experiences, emotions, and personal story all hold meaning. Together, we can work toward a deeper understanding of yourself and what matters most to you.
Beginning therapy can feel vulnerable, especially when you are unsure where to start or what to expect. Growth and healing can feel messy at times, and that's okay. Some days may feel easier than others, but you do not have to have everything figured out before beginning this process. Wherever you are in your journey, we can move at a pace that feels right for you, reflect on your experiences, and begin making sense of what you are carrying.
