Accepting new clients @ Colleyville office and Telehealth
Life has brought me through many changes, from moving away from my home country to starting a new life and family in what once felt like a foreign new home. Through this journey, I learned that adjustment through life transitions takes time, intention, patience, and sometimes trial and error. I also learned how important it is to have support during seasons of change. As a bilingual therapist from a Hispanic background, I deeply value family, culture, community, and the courage it takes to begin again. I believe healing happens when we feel seen, supported, and safe enough to understand ourselves with compassion.

Meditation, yoga, and wellness practices have been part of my life since my youth. These practices supported me during difficult moments and later inspired me to become certified as a Kids Yoga Coach. My own children also became part of my inspiration and helped me recognize that becoming a therapist became more than an aspiration - it became my purpose.

We all experience difficult thoughts and emotions because we are human. While we cannot always avoid pain, we can learn to understand ourselves better and find a path out of the labyrinth. My passion is helping clients recognize that they do not have to go through hard moments alone.

I also believe the mind is not the only part of us that needs care. The body speaks to us too. Through experiential and holistic approaches including somatic work and mindfulness, I help clients observe their feelings, reconnect with themselves, integrate both their shadows and their light, and embrace their healing journey.

Name it to tame it. Because healing starts with understanding what we feel.
