Two lines of thought have directed my life: Learn something new every day and figure out how to work with others to achieve their goals.
My curiosity about how we think and feel began while studying psychology and child growth and development. That passion led me to a career in teaching, where for eight years I continued exploring the brain and emotional well-being. As a teacher, I discovered that many students wanted to share their personal stories, and parents often reached out for guidance on supporting their children. Through my work with ADHD and autistic students—and my own personal experiences—I came to understand how these neurodiverse traits can create unique challenges in daily life. This inspired years of research into how ADHD and autistic brains function differently, and how to navigate those differences with compassion and practical strategies. I am passionate about helping both children and adults manage personal, social, and emotional challenges so they can thrive. I am also trained in Couples and Family Counseling, with a focus on how our interactions shape us—and how we, in turn, shape our interactions with others. Together, we can learn, grow, and work toward the goals that matter most to you. |
